I'm a retired homeschool mom of three, a former military spouse of 22 years, a business owner, and a published author who knows what it means to start over. After walking through divorce and life-altering transitions, I learned that setbacks weren't meant to break me — they were positioning me to pivot and pour into others in a deeper, more purposeful way.
Today, I'm passionate about helping women rediscover who they are beyond their roles and create space for self-care, growth, and identity. When I'm not journaling or mentoring, you can find me reading, roller skating, or volunteering. I'm deeply passionate about children's education, American Sign Language, discipleship, and mentorship. Above all, my faith in Yahweh keeps me grounded and continues to order my steps. And just so you know — chocolate is definitely my love language.
breathe. was born out of a desire to help women care for themselves in meaningful ways so they do not get lost in the roles they carry. I know how easy it is for women to pour into everyone around them while putting their own reflection, rest, and care at the bottom of the list. That is why I have built experiences, courses, and resources that create room for women to pause, reconnect, and move forward with intention.
I believe women need more than encouragement alone. They need space to be honest, support that feels safe, and practical next steps that fit real life.
There are plenty of spaces that tell women what they should be doing. breathe. is different.
The goal is not to push women into buying something for the sake of buying it. The goal is to help women take a step that genuinely serves them.
I love serving women in different seasons of life, especially:
You do not have to arrive polished or prepared.
This is not about pressure or performance.
Support should be usable, not just uplifting for five minutes.
Where you are right now matters.
A Jersey girl who has had the opportunity to live and travel across different states and countries, but nothing prepared me for the moment life interrupted everything I once knew. After 22 years of marriage, divorce shifted my world completely — ending the life I had as a homeschooling mom, homemaker, and business owner supported by financial stability.
For the first time, I had to learn how to stand on my own and, quite literally, how to breathe again — no pun intended. In that process, I had to rediscover who I was beyond my roles. That journey gave birth to breathe. Journal to Success. My heart and calling are to help women, especially mothers, not lose themselves while pouring into everyone else — to thrive in their roles without sacrificing their identity.
If you are looking for a meaningful place to begin, I would love to help you take the next step.
